How do I change the email to my Hatch Embroidery software?
Please follow and complete all steps carefully!
STEP 1:
Go to the Hatch Embroidery website and make sure you are signed into your account.
Visit www.wilcom.com/hatch
STEP 2:
Visit the Wilcom Corporate website here.
Your name should then be shown at the top > click on your name (if not, make sure you sign in)
You will then fill out your new email. You can also change the password while here too if desired.
Click "Update" button when finished.
STEP 3:
Using your original email, create a support ticket and send it to hatchsupport@wilcom.com. In that email state:
I have purchased the Hatch Embroidery software using this email: (list email you purchased in which is the one you are wanting to change)
I have changed the email address (list your original email) to the email address (list your new email) following your FAQ instructions.
Please change my software login details.
NOTE: Make sure the correspondence to Hatch Embroidery support is from the email used for your purchase. For security and legal reasons, we cannot change purchased emails unless the request is from the original email. If you do not follow the above instructions, we will not be able to help you.
