How to send a support report from Hatch Embroidery Software
To send a report in Hatch you will do this through your programs list.
Make sure your Hatch software is "NOT" open
To do this in Windows 10:
To find your programs list in windows 10:
1. Click on the windows icon in the lower left corner of your screen
or click on the Windows icon on your keyboard.
2. Click on "All apps" to open the programs list
3. Scroll down the list until you see Hatch Embroidery Software
4. Click on Report and Issue
5. The Report an issue dialog box will open > fill it out
Be sure to describe your problem in the Description. Although not required, it would be good for you to add your name in the description, so we can connect with any of your other support issues you may have had.
6. Click Collect and Send
You will receive a copy of the email that was sent to the support department.
