"A valid license to run Hatch Embroidery Software could not be found..." error occurs when starting up Hatch software.
It is caused by the corrupted Hatch software license file on the PC. It has to be manually deleted and then uninstall/reinstall Hatch software to re-create a Hatch software license file:
1) in File Explorer, enabling to view hidden folder/file in Options
2) in File Explorer, browse and access a hidden folder below:
C:\ProgramData\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel LDK\
3) Delete the folder that is with a code name
4) Uninstall Hatch software
5) Reinstall Hatch software from the downloaded Hatch software installation file
Click here to re-download the software. It should automatically start. If not click on the link on the page that appears.
Note: At this point, the issue should be resolved.
