"Error 43 installing license..." error occurs during installation.
When it happens, Hatch software can not run and will give another error, "A valid license to run Hatch Embroidery Software could not be found..." if trying to start it up.
It is caused by the corrupted Hatch software license file on the PC. It has to be manually deleted and then uninstall/reinstall Hatch software to re-create a Hatch software license file:
1) in File Explorer, enabling to view hidden folder/file in Options
2) in File Explorer, browse and access a hidden folder below:
C:\ProgramData\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel LDK\
3) Delete the folder that is with a code name
4) Uninstall Hatch software
5) Reinstall Hatch software from the downloaded Hatch software installation file
Note: At this point, the issue should be resolved.
